Competitor Registration Early Registration:
Must be posted online and Paid by 1st June 2021.

One Division Adults  = £25.00

General Admission Fee Payment Information

Spectator Day Pass: £5.00 per day (COVID restrictions and limited numbers will apply)

SJJIF BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ)

Referee Registration: All officials must attend the Referee Meeting, which will take place on Saturday, September 4th from 08:00 – 09:00 at Nottinghill wildcats arena. At the Meeting officials will receive their certification and referee’s shirt.

All competitors are advised to double-check those events that they are entering to ensure that they are in the correct divisions. All divisions will be organized before the day of the competition and cannot be changed.

CHANGING DIVISIONS: 

You will have until 30/08/21, 11:59 pm, to make changes to your registration. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this deadline, your registration will become final, and no further changes will be possible. We reserve the right to merge you after the change deadline if you are alone in your division into another fair division if available.

Weigh-Ins

Weigh-ins are right before your division is scheduled to begin. Be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled division time. Athletes are to weigh-in with the uniform they will be wearing to compete.

BRACKETS and SCHEDULE:

36/48 hours prior to the tournament, the event brackets and tentative schedule will be released. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab. You can also tell when your matches are coming up by checking the tab on your mobile device during the competition provide there are no technical issues. Announcements will be made on the microphone to come to the mat. Please be at the mat on time for your matches, delays could result in disqualification.

Disclaimer for Kid and Adult Brackets

**SJJUKF reserves the right to close registration when full capacity is reached or on said date, whichever comes first. Make sure to register early. Registration fees are non-refundable, no exceptions**

Kids brackets—In the case that your child is by themselves in the division, we will notify you by email, text or phone call to discuss your child’s options. However, in some situations where your child is by themselves in the division, another competitor might move into your child’s division, in this situation you will not hear from our team. If you do not hear from our team by email, text or a phone call it means that your child has competitor(s) in his/her division. In the case that you do not respond to the email or call within 24 hours, we will then match your child based off the age, weight, gender, and belt provided in their registration.

Juvenile Competitors and older—The SJJUKF holds you accountable to review the competitor list and contact us in case there are any changes. Competitors will have up to the Division change deadline to move in the division. In case you are the only person in your division after the check date, you will receive a gold medal in that division and qualify to compete in the open weight division. If you want a match but are not sure where you want to move to, send us an email that you are willing to move and we will place you in the best available option.

All competitors must present themselves as appropriate Sports Ambassadors, and as such will be held to the highest level of personal integrity, honour, and responsibility. Poor sportsmanship is grounds for expulsion from the event with no refund of fees. All rules will be in accordance with the SJJUKF & SJJIF rules and guidelines as published by the SJJUKF at www.SJJUKF.org and SJJIF at www.sjjif.com
